How does payment work?
After your free consultation we'll request a $300 non-refundable deposit to start the design process; this gets rolled into the cost of your finished piece. Then we'll 50% to start manufacturing and the balance is required when your project is completed, approved and ready to be shipped.
What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account)
Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
If you’re shipping to a location within the United States, we may collect sales tax on your purchase. Please note that we're unable to determine the exact amount of tax you may owe until your project details and shipping address are finalized.
How much is my custom piece going to cost?
The easiest way to get an estimate on your piece is to start a free consultation with us. With just a bit of information, we can usually provide you with an estimate very quickly. Once we have the finer details, we can offer you a proposal with an exact price. Typical budgets start as low as $1,000.
How is my personal and financial information protected?
We take the proper measures to ensure that your private information is completely protected. Transactions are protected using 256 bit Secure Socket Layering (SSL) Certificate from Verisign, the business leader in encryption technology.
Is custom jewelry expensive?

When will I see a design? Can I see my design before I pay?
There's no charge to discuss your design, and price out options with our team. We request a $300 (Non-refundable) deposit prior to producing sketch portraits, CAD models and renderings of your design; and that deposit goes toward the final cost of producing your piece.
